Comfort Kool Competition -TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This ‘Comfort/Kool’ promotion is offered by Dunlop Foams, Australian Comfort Group Pty Limited (the promoter). By entering the promotion, you (the “entrant”) acknowledge your participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is applicable only to Dunlop Foams Customers who place an order for a bun lot of Comfort/Kool during the promotional period.
You must be an Australian resident aged at least 18 who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter.
This promotional period starts on 3 April 2023 and finishes on 30 June 2023 but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Maximum Number of Entries: A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted.
To be eligible for a free gift, you must complete the following steps during the promotional period.
- You must place an order for Comfort/Kool between 3 April 2023 and 30 June 2023.
- You must register your Comfort/Kool order online on the Dunlop Foams website (dunlopfoams.com.au) between 3 April 2023 and 7 July 2023. We may extend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Prize details
- Prize draw winner will win one (1) Yeti Tundra 35 Hard Cooler valued $95 each.
- Total of 1 prize is available.
- Prize Draw will take place at 12 pm on 10 July, 2023 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023.
- Prize winner will be notified via email on 10 July, 2023 and winner details (last name, first initial) will be published within 30 days of the drawing.
- If a prize is not claimed 2 weeks after notification, second chance draw will take place at 12 pm on 24 July 2023 at 447 Foleys Road, Deer Park VIC 3023.
- The winner of the unclaimed prize draw is to be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw and their details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within 30 days of the unclaimed prize drawing.
The promoter reserves the right to:
- modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time without notice
- substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion is your responsibility including telecommunications and internet service provider charges. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
- any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
- from use of the prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under Australian Consumer Law.

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing and general information from the promoter.

If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of Australia and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
